Certified Copies     

A Certified copy is a true copy of the original document.  By purchasing  certified copies you will be able to send your Deed Poll to more than one organisation at a time, therefore allowing you a quick name change.  

Certified copies of your Deed Poll are available for you to purchase at the time of applying for your original Deed Poll.  After completing the certified copy application form please send it along with your Deed Poll application form and the required fee.  Once you receive your Deed Poll and have signed and witnessed it please send it back to Alpha Deed and your certified copies will be sent out to you within 2 days.

If you choose to, you may wish to purchase certified copies once you have already received your Deed Poll. If so, please complete the certified copy application form and return it to Alpha Deed with the required fee.
