will as long as they are of sound mind. Persons under the age of 18 cannot make a
will.
A will enables you to have a
complete peace of mind that your last requests will be carried out as you have
chosen. Funeral directions can be specified.
2 witnesses must sign a will in
order for it to become legally binding.

a witness benefit from a Will?
No, anybody gaining from
the contents of a Will cannot witness the signing of the said document.
Can
an executor of a Will also be a witness?
No, an executor cannot witness a
Will but can be a beneficiary.
